Step 1: Design Confirmation
Send us your design files (AI, EPS, PDF, high-res JPEG), logos, and color codes. Our team will create detailed mockups of your design on various shirt styles, like crew necks and polo shirts. Review and request adjustments until you’re satisfied.
Step 2: Sample Order Creation
After finalizing the design, share details about fabric type, size, color, and features (buttons, embroidery, etc.). Provide your contact and shipping info, and our customer service team will confirm the order and keep you updated.
Step 3: Sample Production
Once the order is confirmed, we’ll send your design to our factory. Equipped with advanced tech and staffed by skilled artisans, they’ll craft samples in 7 - 10 business days. We’ll monitor progress and update you regularly.
Step 4: Sample Delivery
Our quality control team inspects the samples. We’ll send you high-res photos for review. If approved, we’ll ship the samples with a tracking number, offering express or standard shipping options.
Step 5: Sample Approval and Mass Production
Inspect the received samples. If satisfied, we’ll start mass production, maintaining the same quality. If there are issues, contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp, and we’ll work to perfect your customized shirts.
